WORSHIP

Is there really a tie between how we worship and how we live as disciples? God’s Word in Scripture says yes! Worship is where we come into the presence of the Lord, are edified by the movement of the Holy Spirit, and begin to be transformed by the power of Christ’s love. That kind of radical transformation requires our participation and preparation. There is nothing like worship. Worship rejuvenates, revives, and restores. Worship is where GOD calls us to be and Worship is crucial to what GOD calls us to do. Come join us Sunday on Facebook for Contemporary Worship at 9 AM or on Facebook or in person for Traditional Worship at 11 AM. You’ll be glad you did!

CHILDREN’S WORSHIP

Our Lord lives and our Lord loves. This is the central message of Children’s Worship at Crozet UMC. During Sunday worship, after the Children’s message, children ages three through third grade gather in the Fellowship Hall for Children’s Worship. Designed to provide a fun and educational worship experience, Children’s Worship focuses on three components: reverence for worship, a gospel story, and prayer.

Children’s Worship follows the traditional lectionary calendar, while supplementing with key concepts from Pastor Sarah’s messages. Through these components, children learn to open the eyes of their hearts to God’s holy and loving character.

MUSIC

Each of our music groups offers a small group experience. We share God’s word together, we laugh together, we pray together, and we support one another. Each member of our Music & Arts ministry is valued, not just for their musical contributions, but for who they are and how they enrich our fellowship together. If you’re looking for a small group experience and you enjoy music, we would love for you to join us.
