October 20th Worship: Saul of Tarsus and Radical Transformation
When we allow the Holy Spirit to work, radical things happen! Nobody in the early church would have chosen Saul of Tarsus as a messenger of Christ. He was someone to be kept at arm’s length. In fact, Saul was someone to be isolated, shunned, and excluded. Yet GOD had a different plan. Today, we frequently look at the incarcerated with the same fear and loathing. But just like Saul on the road to Damascus, behind the walls of America’s prisons GOD is transforming men and women into disciples. This Sunday at 9:30 or 11:00 am come see the power of transformation and the role we have to play.
