October 27th Worship: The Apostle Paul
Our Worship Series on Felons of the Faith concludes this Sunday with an incredible story of imprisoned Paul pleading for the release from slavery of Onesimus, even as Paul remains in prison for his preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul’s physical imprisonment has become the catalyst for his desire to bring social freedom to Onesimus. Paul’s experience has led him to seek freedom for others, even while he is denied his rightful freedom. As Christians in the modern era, what can we learn from Paul? This Sunday we explore what radical cries for justice we are called upon in the name of our Lord to speak out in truth and love. This Sunday, at 9:30 or 11:00 am, join us as we have our exciting conclusion to this series of messages about justice and redemption!
