December 1st Worship: Prayers of Petition
This year in the season of Advent, our Worship focus will be on prayer, recalling the plea of the Apostles, “Lord, teach us to pray”. We will be exploring prayers right out of the Bible, and how the arrival of the Messiah, the birth of our Lord, was the answer to generations of prayer. As we prepare for the annual celebration of the birth of Jesus, the Christ, we prepare our hearts and spirits through the spiritual discipline and divine line of communication that is prayer. If you have ever wanted to grow in your prayer life, become more confident in your prayer, or just discover the beautiful depths of prayer in the Bible, then you will not want to miss worship with us at Crozet United Methodist Church!
