April 5 Worship: Faith in Isolation
When the earthly rulers and powers caused Daniel to be alone, God did not abandon him. God made sure Daniel felt the divine presence and not forsaken. Now more than ever, we need to attune ourselves to see, hear, and experience God, even when our normal means of doing so have been separated from us. When we emerge from our separation and isolation, we shall have stories to share, testimony to give, and glory to celebrate.
Let us take this time to renew our reliance and relationship with our Maker, our Redeemer, and our Sustainer. We can allow this to be a time of rejuvenation, if we have allowed our relationship with our Lord to languish. We can allow this to be a time of reconciliation, is we have wandered through our willful disobedience or wandering away. This Sunday at 9:30 on our Facebook page, join us in this time of preparation for the new day that will dawn when the world seeks to be reunited after our isolation ends. May it be so.
