December 29th Worship: A Wesleyan Covenant Service
In the interlude between Christmas and start of a new calendar year, we gather for worship this Sunday to partake in a longstanding tradition in the United Methodist Church and an ancient tradition of God’s people in Scripture of renewing covenant. While God initiates covenants, we are empowered and encouraged to renew them, to reaffirm our desire to be God’s people and keep God’s commandments for us. You too can begin a new year with a new start, a new day in the covenant made possible through Christ Jesus. This Sunday at 9:30 or 11:00 am, join us for this beautiful worship experience, and encounter the Lord in a unique way.
